Since we have published our open API in August 2018, we are glad to see an increasing number of traders choosing BitMart API to enhance their trading strategies.

To better serve our API users globally, we are excited to announce a VIP program designed exclusively to BitMart API Users. The program is aiming to offer BitMart API users a more user-friendly trading experience by providing timely technical support and hearing their further needs. VIP Trial Effective Periods: 6/15/2020 10:00 AM to 9/15/2020 10:00 AM (EDT)

A total of 3 periods, 1 period = 30 days

How to Apply:

1. You must fill out the >>> application form.
2. Join our community >>> BitMart API Telegram.
3. After receiving your registration, we will adjust your trading fee within 3 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email.
4. You can now trade with a discounted trading fee via BitMart API in the spot market.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Registration will be accepted anytime from 6/10/2020 10:00 AM to 9/15/2020 10:00 AM (EDT)
2. No matter when the registration or trading fee adjustment is effective, users can only enjoy the VIP free trial for the current period (up to 30 days). For example, user A successfully registered on June 13, he/she can enjoy the 1st month VIP trial from June 15 to July 15. User B successfully registered on June 20, he/she can enjoy the 1st month VIP trial from June 20 to July 15.
3. After the first period of the free trial, API users’ trading fees will be adjusted, users will:

• enjoy the same trading fees (0.06% maker, 0.06% taker) for an additional 30 days if your past 30 days accumulated trading volume > 100 BTC.
• enjoy the adjusted fees (0.12% Maker, 0.12% Taker) for an additional 30 days if your past 30 days accumulated trading volume <= 100 BTC

1. Questionnaire surveys will be sent out to API users. BitMart API users who complete the form will receive 200 BMX rewards. Rewards will be sent within 10 business days after receiving the completed form. Eligible users are subject to BitMart KYC, Anti-Fraud Review, and API trading volume. Only eligible users shall qualify for the rewards.
2. Cumulative trade volume definition: Participant’s cumulative trading volume (buy and sell) via API trading only during the event period. No self-deal. BTC value will be calculated based on the daily end-day closing price. 30 days accumulated volume will be calculated on the 15th of each month to determine the next-month trading fee.
3. Once enrolled in the free trial, users are NOT able to enjoy the 25% trading fees off by paying with BMX.
4. Any BitMart accounts detected to be “fake” or created by a robot will NOT be able to enjoy any trading fee discounts or receive any rewards.
5. API Terms of Use: If your trading behavior deviates far from the behavior of ordinary users, your API trading authority will be banned from 1 day to 7 days. The evaluation is based on:

• Repeatedly “one-up” or “front-run” the best Bid/Ask on the Order Book.
• Spam order creation and cancellation very quickly without executing trades.
• Low (num of Trades/num of total orders) rate, that means the canceled orders without execution rate is far bigger than the normal user.
• BMX related pairs will be amplified judged.
