Terms & Conditions

1. A maximum of 100 VVIP customer quota are open each month. If the number of applicants exceeds 100, all the applicants will be ranked in terms of their total trading volume (of the current month). Only the top 100 applicants with the highest trading volume will be selected and enjoy a one-month benefit of the program.
2. The application period will start at 00:00 UTC on the 1st day of each calendar month and will end at 23:59 UTC on the 28th day of each calendar month. BitMart Futures’ Key Account Manager will contact each selected applicant via email during the 30th and 31st day of each calendar month. More information will be provided and a customer-preferred daily chatting communication tool will be settled.
3. The execution period (of last application period) will start at 00:00 UTC on the 1st day of the following calendar month, and end at 23:59 UTC on the last day of the following calendar month.
4. After one month of free trial, applicants are required to maintain a 30-day total trading volume of greater than or equal to 1,000,000 USDT to continue enjoying his/her VVIP customer benefits.
5. BitMart Futures VVIP accounts are ineligible to participate in any promotional campaigns, e.g. Trading Competition, Lottery Draw, etc.
